L`Unique Margaux 2016

Located on the heights, between the peaks of Fonréaud and Fourcas, the Listrac plateau "can be compared with the most beautiful exhibitions of the Médoc" (M. d'Armaihac, quoted by Cocks and Féret, in 16th edition). The soil of the vineyard, mostly sandy-pebble and naturally drained, thus benefits from generous sunshine.

So many qualities that define a warm and precocious terroir, particularly favorable for the ripening of the grapes, which has long proven its ability to produce great wines.

As the possibilities have expanded, the vineyard now covers 2.8 hectares. The expansion was carried out on diversified soils, particularly suitable for the development of Cabernet Sauvignon. This new deal has made it possible to change the initial configuration of the grape varieties, which gave prominence to Merlot, towards a more "Médoc" definition of wine.
