How can I pay?

Bank transfer - the order will be shipped from the moment we receive and process the payment, this can take 2-4 business days.

iDEAL - Pay easily and securely via your own bank with Ideal, your order will be shipped immediately (if in stock).

Credit card - For international visitors there is the possibility to book with Mr. Pay cash

How will my order be delivered?

PostNL- On the product page under the heading "availability" you will find the expected delivery time.

What are the shipping costs?

The Netherlands: from € 7.50 *
* the shipping costs may differ from those indicated here, you will see the applicable shipping costs during checkout.

Can I return my order if I don't want it after all?

Yes you can, as long as the package to be returned meets the following conditions:

- In the original packaging and in new condition

- Must not be damaged

If you want to return the order, please let us know by email within 14 days. After receiving the package and if it meets the conditions, we will refund the amount paid.

Do the colors in the photos always match those of the delivered products?

Yes, the products are delivered as you can see in the picture. Some colors may look slightly different on the real products than in the photos, but we do everything we can to deliver a product as you can see it in the webshop.

Do I have to register to place an order?

Only if you want to do this yourself, when you place your first order, you will immediately be asked to register or to order without registration. If you would like to register, simply follow the steps that will guide you through the registration process.
